Meet Our

Operators

Words from Your

Operator:

It’s our full-time job—and passion—to make sure your visit is always a great one. We invite you to stop in some time. We hope to make you feel right at home.

I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and graduated from Samford University with degrees in business management and Spanish. It was there that I met my wife, April. We moved to San Diego in 2006 to work in a local Chick-fil-A restaurant.  We started at the bottom and learned as much as we could, working our way up to eventually become an Owner-Operator in 2008 when we moved to San Marcos. In 2015, we opened our Escondido location and are thrilled to serve these two wonderful communities.

I love my career with Chick-fil-A. As an Owner-Operator, I’m actually an individual business partner of Chick-fil-A. They provide support that ultimately allows us to be successful by focusing on serving my team and community. Chick-fil-A is my job ,but it’s also my ministry.  I’ve been able to use the gifts God has given me to coach and develop young people and have a positive impact on our team and customers.  Being a part of this awesome organization has been a gift to my wife and I. We are so thankful to have Sundays at home together as a family. We have four children. Sons, Brave and Shepherd, and daughters, Selah and Karis.

We’re passionate about serving great food in a clean and positive environment, and we love to support our local schools and organizations any way we can.  We also have a passion for developing leaders and are so blessed to be able to work along side such amazing team members and young leaders.

I really enjoy meeting our guests, so if you happen to see me around the Restaurant, please say hello. I truly look forward to meeting you and making your experience memorable.
